We interviewed Real Estate agents Last year in anticipation of selling out N Bellmore home. Mike seemed very knowledgeable and figured a fair selling price higher than the others we interviewed. We called him this year when we were ready to sell and established a post COVID sale price which was substantially higher than last year. Mike did a superb job of marketing our beautiful home and showed it by appointment only. He showed it to about 32 families over a weekend and we received 12 offers all but 1 over asking price. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with when we sold our home. We encountered a variety of issues outside of everyone's control due to COVID-19 and the shutdown of some county offices (which slowed the title process.) He was honest about the price points of homes though and what were good offers to make. We certainly never felt like we were offering too much under Michael's supervision and guidance. We found Mike through a listing of his and here was very informative of the neighborhoods and schools. As we were looking at houses he pointed out pros and cons and really tried to work with us to find our home.
