Sold before it officially hit the market I negotiated that the buyer had to take it as is, so that you didn't have to spend money cleaning it out or storing things I worked very well with the management company, complied with all of their rules. I managed the inspection that they did. (You don't have to include this in your review but there were a few issues that popped up during the inspection and I immediately took care of them so that there were no delays and we passed inspection. For example there was a door on the kitchen, apparently they don't allow those so I took the door off myself and the problem was solved; They also had an issue with their not being enough carpeting in the apartment and so I negotiated with them that the buyer will sign something saying that he will do what is necessary to comply with their carpeting rules.)
