Sold before it officially hit the market I negotiated that the buyer had to take it as is, so that you didn't have to spend money cleaning it out or storing things I worked very well with the management company, complied with all of their rules. I managed the inspection that they did. (You don't have to include this in your review but there were a few issues that popped up during the inspection and I immediately took care of them so that there were no delays and we passed inspection. For example there was a door on the kitchen, apparently they don't allow those so I took the door off myself and the problem was solved; They also had an issue with their not being enough carpeting in the apartment and so I negotiated with them that the buyer will sign something saying that he will do what is necessary to comply with their carpeting rules.) Tiffany was very polite and professional in all of our dealings. i had alot of real estate related questions, and she was able to answer most of them pretty quickly, for anything out of her jurisdiction she followed up with the lawyers or the coop.
