Michael is an absolutely phenomenal agent. He helped us find the perfect house in Merrick. Michael went above and beyond in every capacity. Local Knowledge - Michael knows Merrick and the surrounding towns (Bellmore, Wantagh, etc) extremely well. He understand the inventory, current market and guides you in the right direction. Process Expertise - The process from start to finish when buying a home can seem daunting. Michael eliminates those concerns right off the bat. He answers all your questions, updates you as the process goes along and give you recommendations to help build the right team -- lawyers, inspectors, etc. Responsiveness - It's immediate. Always getting back to us via text with answers to our questions or about current available homes worth seeing, etc. Negotiation Skills - We bought in a low inventory market so no real negotiating took place. He was honest about the price points of homes though and what were good offers to make. We certainly never felt like we were offering too much under Michael's supervision and guidance. Overal,, Michael is a rockstar and you can't go wrong with him. I will be recommending him to anyone I know looking for a house in Long Island.
