Anyone can you show you a house. Not just anyone can show you a house while holding your 18 month old who just got sick all over her last clean outfit, but that is exactly what Chris did for us. We now own our dream house in Southampton and that wouldn't have been possible without Chris. From the initial house hunt (with the above mentioned sick baby) to price negotiation to closing, Chris was there for us every step of the way. We found Mike through a listing of his and here was very informative of the neighborhoods and schools. As we were looking at houses he pointed out pros and cons and really tried to work with us to find our home. Hak Bin served as our real estate professional as we sold our coop and bought our new home in LI. Our initial meeting was pleasant and he walked us through the process.
