I want to thank Jing who did a great job helping me find my apartment in midtown west. Before settling on the city, Jing showed me several neighborhoods in Queens, Long Island, and the city. The process proved to be pleasant and it helped me to figure out what I wanted and what the market was like. I could not have done it without her. Her services extended to helping me choose furniture etc. She also gave great advice in terms of mortgages and money arrangements. All in all, Jing has been the best full service broker I have ever had. I will recommend her to all my friends and family who are interested in purchasing in or near New York City.

We can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Bob Pace. Before we put our home on the market, our daughter and I met Bob at one of his open houses. We were instantly impressed by his professionalism, friendliness and style. When we found the home we decided to buy, we contacted Bob to list our other home. From the outset, he was there for us through the whole process. He got the ball rolling instantly, having a great photographer take excellent photos, advertising our home and setting up open houses for broker's and the public. He was in constant contact with us regarding showings, potential buyer interest and every detail that comes along with selling a house. Bob was the agent for the house I purchased almost 17 years ago. He made looking for the right home a breeze listening carefully to understand the characteristics and price target I needed. He never took me to something that did not fit my request or budget and was never pushy. He offering details for my information and never pressured me. I was so pleased to work with him that I asked him to be my agent to sell nearby investment property of mine and then just this year, he sold the house I bought from him those 17 years ago. I never imagined using anyone else. In the distant past, I can recall real estate professionals who would show me places that did not fit my needs and were nowhere near my price target. I hated that and am thankful to have Bob represent me and my property. I don't plan to ever move again but if I do, I would go straight to Bob to represent me.

Linda was just incredible to work with. She was patient and very personable. From the minute I placed the call, I knew she was the right agent for us. Our family just purchased a home and moved our family from the city to the suburbs into a beautiful new home in the Cathedral Gardens section of Hempstead, NY. I found Linda through Zillow from a listing in Floral Park. When she answered, she was just about to hop a plane but promised to call right back. Sure enough, only a few minutes later she called right back and we had our first home visit that week. As house hunting goes, we saw a lot of properties. Linda was great in sending over the right kind of listings that matched our criteria. The scheduling was smooth and efficient. Linda really stuck with us as we saw multiple homes throughout the hot and humid summer days of 2016. With each hit and miss, Linda helped refine our search. And when one of the houses we had an accepted offer on fell through, she was right there to keep us in the spirit and looking further. Our new house was a real trial to purchase. The house was owned by a private management company in Texas with offices in California. It was a very complicated situation. But Linda really went the extra mile (or 100 miles it seems) to make sure we would be the new owners. From navigating the paperwork to following up with the management company every single day, Linda pushed to make our dream home a reality. She was really into the process and so excited to make this our home. As we rearrange our things and get acquainted with the neighborhood, we are so excited about how our new life will be. This could never have happened without Linda. We felt like we added another member to our family with Linda by our side. Her attitude to the process and sincere interest in making our move happen was what made our new home possible.
