I can't say enough how pleased I am with the service that was provided by Douglas Elliman's Luisa Fazzalari. Her care and commitment to her clients is evident every step of the way. She took the fear out of the process and provided an educational experience for me. It is not just about buying and selling for her. It's about taking the time to know her clients and do whatever is necessary to assist them. In many ways I feel like I found a friend and not just a real estate agent. From the very first visit, I felt the passion and dedication and established a trusting relationship.
