Jeannie gave us good advise on preparing the house for sale. We cut down a Christmas tree to allow more light into the house. We removed all the family pictures. We removed extra chairs that was crowding the living room. She brought excellent cameraman to create a beautiful photo. She has excellent negotiation skills. We were able to make quick sale within 28 days. She even help bringing help to clean the house after we moved out. I will recommend her highly for anyone looking to sell the house.

Greg was great in helping me find my first house. I told him exactly what i was looking for and he delivered. I have never searched for a house before and in the beginning phase i was getting overwhelmed. My wife and I just began to casually look at houses and when we found one that we were interested in we inquired on zillow and set up an appointment. Janet ended up being the agent who showed us the house. The house ended up not being right for us but we liked Janet and she took our information and followed up with us. We made a few more appointments with Janet to show us houses in the area we were interested in and she worked around our schedules to have us see the houses promptly. The house that we ended up purchasing was one that we had initially overlooked and never even really considered but Janet recommended it to us and it ended up being right for us. I met Tiffany while attending an open house in Long Beach. I can’t say enough good things about her. I took liking to her right off the bat. Her easy going nature, attentiveness, open knowledge to the area, and her willingness to help me find what I was looking for. She also helped guide me to my attorney. Who like Mrs. Balanoff was their with me every step of the way. She even went so far as to stop by and drop what she was doing to help me renavate after I purchased my place.
