I had a great overall experience working with this brokerage. My home was on the market from October, went under contract in January, and successfully closed in mid-March. While the process took some time, I appreciated the persistence in getting the deal done. Although there were ups and downs, my agent Julia really stepped up when it mattered most. When the buyer’s financing fell through, Julia was instrumental in helping secure a new option through a first-time homebuyer program, which ultimately kept the transaction moving forward. I also appreciated having the ability to advocate for myself during negotiations. It was a fair and balanced outcome.
