We flew down to Sarasota to see a particular property that was Izabela’s listing. We liked the house, but not the location. She was able to arrange for us to see other houses. We were only in town for 2 days, and on our last day, she was able to arrange to see several houses again. Any kind of question that we would ask her, she would get right back to us. That kind of professionalism sets Izabela apart from others that are too busy to answer questions right away. We weren’t able to get to our final walk-through due to bad weather and the airlines, but Izabela did the walk-through with us via FaceTime. She is so responsible and receptive. And also very kind. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it, and report back as soon as she knows. She is also a very kind person. She has offered to stop by our new home to make sure everything is okay while we pack up and move our lives to Sarasota. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to deal with a true professional.

We flew down to Sarasota to see a few specific homes which we saw on Zillow. After being disappointed with the in person viewing of the homes which we picked in advance, Izabela pivoted to show us alternative homes. She was instrumental in getting last minute showings before we had to fly home the next day…one of which we fell in love with and ultimately bought. Izabela helped with every step from bidding through closing, and even did a virtual walkthrough due to our flight being canceled by severe weather. She constantly kept in touch making sure the seemingly endless list of important deadlines were completed. She started as our realtor and ended up as our friend. I would highly recommend her to guide you finding your next home!

From day 1, Izabela was instrumental in this process.
