Our house had been on the market for over a year - Zoki was our 4th agent and we were not altogether hopeful the experience would be anymore successful. He set the price and told us if it didn’t sell within two weeks, we would reset. He did a great write up and the photos were gorgeous. The house was sold within two weeks. His experience with sales in our neighborhood in a 55+ community made all the difference. He knew when we needed to bend and when we needed to stand firm in the negotiations.
