If you're looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, I can't recommend Tracy highly enough. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and always accessible. She spent an entire weekend with us touring homes, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each property, based on what we were looking for in a house. Her knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. In fact, she caught several important issues and pointed out details that we completely missed, which gave us tremendous confidence throughout the buying process. Serena is the realtor every seller hopes for! Text her a question and she responds within minutes. She's right on with the listing price of your home because of her extensive market research. She never once suggested we lower our asking price despite it being a buyer's market. The result being, a selling price slightly above asking. It's obvious that Serena is highly respected by her fellow real estate professionals and equally by us.
