Working with Marlon was a great experience. He worked hard to help find a me a house in my budget to make a home. Which was especially difficult because of the current, crazy real estate market where houses are under contract a day after being on the market. I had an amazing experience working with Glenda (and Ray) on the purchase of my recent multi-family property. Glenda is hardworking, super knowledgeable, and in general, simply someone I enjoyed doing business with. Glenda focuses on the business aspects I needed to make a successful purchase, walked me through what was needed, and provided clear and concise steps towards the purchase. Glenda came as a recommendation to me, and now I know why! I would recommend her and Ray to anyone in the area looking for a realtor. They will be the ONLY ones I use in this area moving forward, and we are already discussing additional investment property options.
