As someone with years of experience in business and property management, for the last 20 years as Associate Broker Monika was a leading residential and commercial real estate authority in the Brooklyn & Queens communities of NYC. Recently she left the snow behind for blue waters and soft sand and settled in Venice FL a place she fell in love with. Not only that, Monika is simply “one cool chick!" She makes her clients feel at ease, and is a pleasure to work with. Monika holds a BS degree from Hofstra University (not the other BS!).
She spent over 10 years in accounting working for several different construction firms, and also has 13 years of experience as a property manager of over 75 rental properties with multiple residential and commercial tenants as well as condominium associations. Building on this wealth of industry experience she pursued her passion to become a licensed real estate agent and broker in the community she calls home.
