Neil Lubell is detail oriented and very thorough in the analysis he produced. While we were looking to buy a property, we thought about whether trade our current residence for another newer house closer to work. Even though selling our house was just a thought and then we ended up scraping this idea later, Neil provided detailed market report on the realistic selling price regardless. Neil accompanied us to many properties my wife was interested but never pushed us to make a decision on any of them.
