The husband and wife team were very professional from the beginning of our meeting to find a second home until the closing of our property. They knew the area very well. If there were any questions I needed, they got the answer quick, I meant in a few hours. If I found a unit I really liked, Jay went above and beyond to get more info on other units in that same complex that may not have been listed at the time. He was very easy to work with. When I sent him the listings that I liked, he was always available to show me the property either on the same day or latest the next day. Never in 3-4 days like other real estate agents since he does this full time. And it's so important to have an agent willing to work hard and know once a listing on a property is up in the MLS, people will want to see it ASAP so they act on it quickly. As for my property, I saw it on the same day it listed and there were 5 other offers by the end of that day. If we didn't act on it quickly, it would have been sold the next day. They did a great job in negotiating for my property and was able to find a loan officer to get us a loan to close escrow in less than one month! His wife Danielle, the administrative person, doing the paperworks and getting our offer lettter out ASAP and getting the contract to us expeditiously. They are a great team and you won't go wrong in having them as your seller's or buyer's agent. I will list with them when we sell our primary property in the future.

He was outstanding, he was able to close a deal with the seller in less then a week and kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on. He showed us the property walked with us and answered our questions. After we closed he walked the property again with us to make sure that everything was ok with the house.
