Jennifer is AMAZING to work with, and I'll use her services for all my real estate transactions. She's extremely prompt, does what she says she'll do, and extremely honest. Many realtors will oversell you on the value of your home, and push the comps, which will bite you in the end. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that the process went very smooth and to stay in communication with myself to explain each step of the process. Brian also made sure that my closing date stayed the same as they wanted to push my date back but he stepped in and realign them and assured he would not allow them to change. I decided to buy a home in Wesley Chapel and reached out to Danielle. I was working in Chicago and needed to coordinate the purchase with a single weekend trip. Danielle went above and beyond setting up the site and recommending properties. When I flew down and saw the first house I knew I made the right choice. Danielle and Jay worked as a tag team and literally adjusted our viewings on the spot. Danielle found us homes, and plotted the course and Jay walked us through. This tandem set up made this the easiest home search I have ever had. We found my home on the second day and Danielle coached me on exactly what to offer in the hot market. She added a special request during our bid process which won me the bid and I only paid $1000 more (I expected to pay up to 10k more). I never knew about this additional request you can make while placing on offer. After my purchase they helped me find a contractor to fix these. The referred me to every person I needed, making my transition stress free. I have worked with roughly 10-12 realtors. I have heard all the "Sales" lines, I have had my time wasted, and I have felt unimportant. This is experience was the polar opposite and I will only use Danielle and Jay for any real estate I buy moving forward. My husband and I worked with Mahesh to purchase our first home. Since then we have recommended Mahesh as a realtor to friends and family looking to buy or sell a home. Aside from being very knowledgeable and approachable, Mahesh was incredibly patient with us and generous with his time (he was available mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). I never once felt rushed (to buy a home or during our home visits) and Mahesh would always offer to hold our 11 month old son while we looked at a home. He was ever present to answer all our questions along the way. With his expertise with homes, he knew what to look for and what were instant red flags at a home. He has the heart of a teacher so we learnt a lot from him along at the way. Since we were new to the whole process, he advised us while we were looking for pre-approval rates from banks. Once our offer was accepted, the seller asked that we stop by to purchase any of their furniture. Mahesh came to this meeting with us in the evening during a work week. One the day of the home inspection, he was there with the inspector from the beginning, while my husband joined them 2 hours later. On our closing day, he visited the home for us early in the morning to ensure that everything was in place prior to the closing. Even after the closing, once we moved into our home, he was there to answer any questions we had. Mahesh was truly there for us every step of the way and we felt really comfortable with him. We highly recommend him.
