Brian is exceptional at his job, he went above and beyond from the beginning until the end. Brian had no problem helping us find the perfect house, setting up every phone call that needed to be made, filling in the gaps when I did not know what to do, and making sure every "i was dotted and t was crossed". In less than 40 days Brian found us a house and took us through every step in order to sign and close the deal with ease. I cannot say enough because Brian's work ethic, personable and 'can do' attitude, and consistent advice and help speaks for itself. Brian really knows the ins and outs of the local market and was able to be concise in the options to the negotiation process. He also worked closely with our mortgage lender to make sure they were on schedule. He NEVER tried to push us into a decision, he always gave us all the information so we could make an informed decision ourselves. I couldn't have had a better experience.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a home in the Venice/North Port/Port Charlotte Fl area and I sent out a number of requests online to various real estate agencies and I have to say that Leonard Hughes with Green Lion Realty was the ONLY realtor that took the time to pick up the phone and call me directly, which made us decide to work with him. I truly can not say enough amazing things about our experience with Leonard. Jennifer is AMAZING to work with, and I'll use her services for all my real estate transactions. She's extremely prompt, does what she says she'll do, and extremely honest. Many realtors will oversell you on the value of your home, and push the comps, which will bite you in the end. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that the process went very smooth and to stay in communication with myself to explain each step of the process. Brian also made sure that my closing date stayed the same as they wanted to push my date back but he stepped in and realign them and assured he would not allow them to change.
