Rom was exceptional in helping us find our home in Highland Lakes, Palm Harbor, Fl. He was knowledgeable of the area, and always kept in mind what our wants and needs were. He never made us feel as though we were taking too much of his time,even though it did take months to find the right home. He always answered our phone calls and emails within hours and sometimes, minutes. When we finally did find it, he didn't stop there. He was ready with contacts for us to call for improvements we wanted to make to the property and in some cases he called them personally for us. He went the extra mile by showing us around the area, including restaurants and shopping areas. We have never met a more honest and sincere realtor who made our home search his top priority. Tiana is the best! She was consistently available via cell and in person in a timely manner. On several occasions, she got us showings of all the homes we wanted to see all in the same day and spent numerous hours escorting us. She met up with us on several occasions after work during the week to show us a house. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, kind, honest, supportive and fun. We very much enjoyed having Tiana as our realtor and in fact, would love to hang out with her outside of house hunting (now that she got us into the home we love)!

Ian was great when he found us our rental after relocating from Philadelphia so it was a no brainer to use him when we decided to buy. He was always accommodating of our schedule and even met us last minute a couple times. He showed up (literally) whenever we needed him all the way to the closing table. We'd recommend him to anyone relocating from out of state or in state. He's very knowledgeable about the area.
