I had very difficult probate issues, and foreclosure was looming. Anne knew of some issues when she listed the house. She had no way of knowing how complicated the probate issues would become. It turned into a nightmare but Anne never once faltered in guiding and helping through so many situations. She has vast knowledge of any real estate issues, and how to blaze through them at lightning speed. I simply cannot imagine that another realtor could have walked me through the sale at all, let alone so smoothly. And somehow with all of that going on she found me the perfect buyer for a great price and the closing went smoothly. I was amazed! I doubt anyone knows the market in this area better than Anne Graffey.
