He is wonderful with a lot of tips and tricks I did not know as a single first time home buyer and seller and was great at getting my home show ready, even getting my lawn cut for me when I had already moved out of state. I remember him giving me great money saving tips on how to upkeep the home so I wasn't spending unnecessary funds and let me know about good brands to get for appliances and that the furnace was a high quality.
