I had an amazing experience working with Glenda (and Ray) on the purchase of my recent multi-family property. They will be the ONLY ones I use in this area moving forward, and we are already discussing additional investment property options. I trust her so much that I used her recommendation for a lender, an inspector, and an appraiser (all of which were equally amazing, speaking volumes to the network she has built). We tried looking by ourselves for awhile with no luck. And after meeting Derrick, his help to us was priceless. He was able to get us into some houses that we had found but in the end he actually found the house that we ended up purchasing. He took care of everything from paperwork to legal documents to inspections and more. It’s our second time working with Stephanie. The first was to sell our condo and this time it was to find and purchase a home. Although the market was tough, Stephanie continued to consistently help us find homes and kept a positive attitude which was very encouraging. After multiple offers we finally landed our perfect house (in part thanks to her immediately following up with our back-up offer) and setting things in place in case an offer fell through (which it did!). While under contact she handled things very professionally and even provided us with extra home information, referrals etc. She’s very knowledgeable about her profession and takes it seriously which is something we really appreciate!
