We met Toni about 2 ½ years ago in Pass-a-Grill and shared our dream of moving to Florida someday. She gave us her business card and from that day we’ve had a great experience working with her. Toni setup some searches for us as we were originally thinking Villa or Mobile home, but after some viewing we decided to go with a house. To top it all off we were searching during the pandemic and all the crazy people making outrageous bids and me being of sound mind would always submit a bid I felt comfortable with and yes it usually turned out to be close to the lowest bid, but not once did Toni flinch and said you need to bid higher… If we were really interested in a house she would hop in her car and drive down to look the house over for us and provide us with an honest opinion of the house. This was very much appreciated as we lived out of state. After many bids we ended up building a house in Englewood and although we have only been here 1 month it was the best decision we could have made and Toni help guide us through the process. She would drive down to take pictures of the building progress for us as well, always going that extra mile. We love our new home and the SWFL life!!! When I met Charlee at a property I found online it was not a good match. Thankfully Charlee brought a print out of a comparable property in the same area and we went to look at that one. The second property was much better than the first and we made an offer that same day. The offer was rejected the first time, but then the sellers ended up doing a price change and Charlee notified me right away. We made a second offer and it was accepted. Then throughout the whole closing process she kept me informed of all the things I had to do and we had a successful closing. Charlee was well informed, professional, offered great advice, and was fun to work with. I am very grateful to her and thankful for all her help and due diligence.

My experience with James as my realtor proved to be a knowledgeable one. I was very naïve about how to sell a home and James through his expertise and communication skills made me feel right it is what I didn’t know he answered and he even listen to me when I didn’t understand something I wanted to vent. James managed to sell my property within three days of a listing and I would hire him again, because I felt like I hired my best friend. He was very knowledgeable about the area prospect of me selling and also was comforting to me so that I was not worried about it. He did a great job!

Madelyn was knowledgeable about the market and values, and fair to all parties, making the transaction very smooth. Furthermore, because the Seller had no agent but only representation to be listed on MLS, Madelyn ended up doing a lot of double duty. She did it well, cheerfully, and professionally. Prior to our making an offer, we spent months learning the market, and determining exactly what we wanted, with Madelyn almost immediately available to answer questions. She did walk-through videos of homes we found interesting. She worked with us on four offers before we made the one that worked for all parties. Once accepted, she referred us to a home inspector. I flew in for the inspection and a walk-through once again of the area. She even showed me a couple of other properties, just to make sure! Then she helped with the HOA and Kings Point approval process. She filled in information we needed as out-of-state buyers about utilities, getting HOA approvals, and getting a home watch company while we snowbird. She was the whole package. We are very happy, and recommend her highly.

"As a rule, I do not write reviews. Lisa Clark is the exception to that rule. She is a top-notch realtor with a genuine understanding of her clients and their needs and wants in a home purchase. Her low pressure, friendly and down to earth approach was super comforting for this introvert (who was under pressure to find a place to live). Lisa didn't let me settle for something that I could make do with but persevered with me until I found the house I loved. My under list price purchase in today's market was due primarily to her slick negotiation and stellar communication skills. Thank you, Lisa, so, so much for your help with my home purchase.
