Mr. Al Smith is a very knowledgeable person in the field of real estate, he first asked us what were looking for in the house and the places that we are interested in purchasing it. We found quite a few that were interested in but in today's market the competition is fierce and priced were ridiculously inflated. He advised us about overpaying for the house and what could happen if the housing market crashed. Mr. Smith was very patient with us and would go above and beyond for us and never any sign of frustrations whenever we would call him which was very, very often for almost a year. We ended up getting a very beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood and we're very, very happy with it. Working with Nickole was fantastic. She expertly guided me through the process of selling my house (something that was wildly confusing and overwhelming for me!). Nickole told me exactly what I needed to do, was available any time I had questions or needed help, and explained how each step of the process would work.
