We had been considering selling our US home for some time, but as UK residents with little time to look at all the things required, we kept putting it off. However, after receiving a letter from Heidi offering her services as a realtor & speaking with her it all seemed a lot more doable! She then metaphorically walked us through the entire process and went above and beyond that of what was technically her job - including sweeping our driveway to appease the HOA! Whilst we did encounter a few hiccups along the way (par for the course) Heidi dealt with all issues calmly and as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend Heidi to anyone looking to sell their property - especially if you are an overseas investor like us.
