Seamless from beginning to end!
My wife and I recently worked with Jason Gregory of The Gregory Group/KW to purchase our home near Tampa. Jason is a truly knowledgeable, dedicated and driven agent. His ability to locate and lock in the perfect home for our family was seamless. Jason's passion for buying and selling homes was apparent and reflected in the product he delivered. Jason has excellent communication skills and always had a timely answer to all our questions. Jason was punctual for all our calls, meetings, and showings. Jason has a deep knowledge of surrounding Florida real estate which allowed us to find the perfect home. Over his career as a Relator, Jason has established close relationships with key players such as mortgage lenders, insurance agents, inspection companies and others. This made our home buying experience with Jason less daunting. It was a pleasure doing business with Jason and we will surely collaborate with him in the future.

He also guided me through all the hurdles of closing the deal with ease. He always picked up the phone for any questions and got me into any-and many properties I wanted to view. Absolutely awesome
Dawn was perfect from beginning to end and after. She listened to us and what we wanted and really went the extra mile for us. We were out of state buyers and that presented additional challenges but she went above and beyond to make it happen. She has even been invaluable since the sale with contacting the sellers with a couple issues and question we had. 10 out of 10 would recommend her to everyone. She is an incredibly sweet human being and a great realtor.
