I could use many adjectives to describe Dawn Bournand as my realtor but the one that I use the most is CARING! She goes out of her way to anticipate my questions and my needs. She made the sale of my home go seamlessly. I could not have asked for her to do anything else because quite frankly she handled everything for me. I am planning on selling another home in the near future and Dawn will definitely be my realtor again. If she will have me...lol. I have also recommended Dawn to many of my friends and family of which several of them are utilizing her services now. We’ll, I had been looking for my new dream home for quite awhile. I had worked with other Realestate salespeople in the past, urn one were as nice and thorough as Sil. She not only narrowed down the choices of where I wanted to live, but also the size and type of dwelling I preferred. She was great from beginning to end and not pushy!
