Serghei was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a house from a far state so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. He guided us and highlighted the concerns he had and the research he wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and we wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in.

Erin Williams was great to work with! My husband and I gave her a list of our needs and wants with purchasing a new home…. And she presented us with great options! Once we decided on our home she fought for us from the beginning. She was able to workout a great purchase price, she was present for the inspection and appraisal. She checked in periodically to make sure we were ok and still happy! She was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though this was the hardest process she made it seem easy. She was a great listening…. Because yes, I called her crying a couple of times because buying a house is huge…. But she was able to give me guidance and calm me down!
