Heidi advised us extremely well as we were overseas sellers and didn't know all aspects of selling in USA She put us in contact with the tax advisor and was really helpful with the sale as she did open house The house was sold within 2 days of open house at a price above asking Heidi also attended the signing over of the property As the property had been empty for so long due to covid Heidi went above and beyond to ensure the property was in good condition I would highly recommend Heidi and when we are looking to purchase another property we would contact her first
