The Middletons are what everyone looks for in a real estate agent. They were responsive to calls, texts and emails and are very knowledgeable as to the market. We discussed my concerns and ideas in selling my home and I was always impressed by how professional they were. My home was shown numerous times the day it was officially listed and I received a full price offer by the end of that day! I will certainly recommend the Middletons for any real estate needs.

Randy and Beth while recently helped me sell my home, they actually helped me buy it 7 years ago. Finding us the perfect house was a challenge then but they delivered, not only in finding the best house but navigating the purchase which wasn’t without some hiccups and lots of questions and sometimes repeatedly. When it came time to sell, without a hesitation and doubt I knew I needed to work with them again. Not only did they help set realistic expectations of touch ups needed for the listing but also the value. They gave guidance where needed but was never pushy in making it required. They explained with details I needed and the rationale to make the best informed decisions. Their method and consistent communication kept me informed of next steps, decisions to make, and options for those decisions every step of the way. They were even gracious in helping provide suggestions on questions to ask in the purchase of my new home in another state. Since they aren’t licensed there they never could give directions but encouraged questions to ask so I knyyew what to consider. In the end, I got the best offer I could have hoped for - realistically - and a great family purchased it. I would not only highly recommend Randy and Beth to everyone, if I find myself in need of a realtor in FL they will be my first call! I wasn’t sorry and neither will you by calling them!
