Matt did an excellent job in getting my house sold very quickly and for a very fair price. He was very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and sensitive to any concerns that I had. He is very detail oriented and was able to resolve a number of minor issues since I was not in the local area for most of the sales process. He went above and beyond what I believe many agents would typically do in selling a house. I recommend him very highly.
