Nelson is very professional and uses all tools available. He did multiple successful open houses by using his social media platform and others. At one or two he even had a mortgage broker assist. I think the one feature that stands out is he sincerely cares about making sure we understood the offers we received. Meaning - once a offer is accepted you have your home “tied up” for a month or so…. Therefore with acceptance you have to be comfortable that the offer is solid. I would highly recommend Nelson and we have used him over the last 5 years multiple times.
