We already had a realtor when we met Dawn. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell herself. She even offered to answer questions even if we stayed with our current realtor. The market was very competitive at the time and we had lost 3 houses with our realtor. We found a house on our own a week after meeting Dawn and we decided to see what she could do for us. All we can say is 21 days later we CLOSED! Dawn did it all. EVERYTHING! Even our mortgage lender couldn’t believe the communication. We had no idea what we were doing. She just kept saying leave it to her. The whole process was so smooth start to finish. In 2021, I had the good fortune to be referred to Dawn Bournand, to find my new home. I was doing it all at once: retiring, moving over a thousand miles away, and looking for my perfect place. Right from the start I felt at ease with Dawn. We chatted, drove to different places, all the while helping me narrow down what I wanted. I was still working and had only 4 days to search.
