I live in Delaware, right in the heart of Central Ohio, but my reach extends far beyond my hometown. I’ve successfully represented buyers and sellers in every type of market across Ohio, from rural properties to luxury listings, and from Central Ohio to my roots in Jackson Township in Northeast Ohio. Outside of real estate, I enjoy connecting with friends and family, discovering new restaurants, traveling to experience different cultures, and spending time in nature. At home, I absolutely adore my two golden retrievers, Honey and Meatball, and I also enjoy working on projects around my house, tending to my hobby farm, and keeping up with the latest real estate knowledge through continued learning. I received my degree in Landscape Design & Construction from Columbus State Community College in 2003 and been a professional designer and consultant in central Ohio since the late 1990s. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? Buying or selling your home? What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I have lived my entire life in central Ohio: as a child in Madison County, and 20 + years in the heart of Columbus. Currently, I reside in Delaware and live in a home that was built around the late 1880s. We love our vibrant downtown scene with parks, restaurants, shops and breweries that is just a short walk from our home. This is a college town with beautiful old homes and a community committed to smart growth for the future with a healthy nod to the historic past. 4. How do you spend your free time? Sports and social activities with my teens keep me busy but when I have free time, I like to see my 3 grandkids and my youngest all together. After high school, I went to a four-year college at Malone University to study Biology with a Chemistry minor. Directly after college, I went to graduate school at Marietta College and received a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Since graduation in 2013, I have worked as an Emergency Physician Assistant in Marion, Ohio and Delaware, Ohio. For most of 2020, I have been treating patients on the front lines for COVID-19. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I wanted to get into Real Estate to help my husband who is also a licensed agent, but also to find out more about the process of home buying and selling and current markets.
