We started to put our St. Petersburg high rise condo on the market with another broker, who never got a single prospective customer. We then switched to Liane who immediately went into action marketing our condo on every internet site available and produced and sent out an excellent flyer. She had a brokers' open house, and soon we had a valid prospect. She handled price negotiations and closing date well, and the closing took place without a hitch.
