From the first day we met, until after closing, Liane Jamason could not do enough to ensure EVERYTHING regarding the sale (I was the seller) was managed and taken care of in order to successfully close the sale. She was a great negotiator, and worked with me to create a sale that worked great for me. When needed, she recommended the appropriate contractors to address issues for me as requested by buyer and frequently made recommendations for me in ways to proceed towards the closing. She handled everything necessary for the actual closing, using a wonderful Title Company. There was never a time she did not either immediately answer my phone call or get back to me within 5 minutes. Always patient, kind and understanding. I had used her 3 years previously when selling another house and had the exact same experience, which was why I used her again. She is a kind, friendly, proficient and a lovely professional who I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone for a great selling (or buying) experience.
