We moved down from Michigan and bought a foreclosure on Snell Isle. Every step of the way, Kyle was helpful and supportive. He listened to our needs prior to finding the home, sent us relevant listings, quickly coordinated the tour, helped us navigate both the regular offer and the additional documents from Fannie Mae, was helpful with negotiations and quick about getting back to us with news when he got it, helped find insurance, still provides contacts for repair needs, provided restaurant recommendations, even helped move a couple pieces of furniture after the initial move in. I can't say enough good things about Kyle, but the most important pieces are that he genuinely cares and that he is extremely knowledgeable about the old northeast area because he actually lives here. I've already given his phone number to multiple individuals, and would never hesitate to recommend him.

Liane was professional and excellent, from start to finish. The first time I met her was on a walk through of the property after I'd taken it back (in very bad condition) from a renter. She gave me a lot of useful advice about what would be good to fix and how to do it, etc. She was very flexible and always made herself available to us, which were really important traits given that we were living in Asia while the house was for sale. During 50+ years of practicing law in NY, and buying and selling homes in NY and Florida, Liane was the most impressive real estate professional I have met. We started to put our St. Petersburg high rise condo on the market with another broker, who never got a single prospective customer. We then switched to Liane who immediately went into action marketing our condo on every internet site available and produced and sent out an excellent flyer. She had a brokers' open house, and soon we had a valid prospect. She handled price negotiations and closing date well, and the closing took place without a hitch. She was personally present for every showing, and responded to emails and telephone calls immediately, even while on vacation. She has a staff to back her up.
