We seriously cannot say enough about how much we loved working with Julie. From the very beginning she was incredibly patient and helpful as we narrowed down what we were interested in, even though we weren't able to clearly articulate what we were looking for in the beginning. Julie was incredibly responsive to all questions and was constantly sending email updates with properties that fit the description of what we were looking for. Ultimately we spent just one day looking at houses before making an offer that was accepted a few days later. Julie helped guide us through the offer process, but was also very receptive to our thoughts and ideas. Never once did she make us feel pressured to act on something before we were ready. Julie is the MOST patient individual I have met. Long story short, the seller's agent was less that cooperative or punctual and she was cool and collected the entire time.
