She is a top notch professional. I recently moved from an area over five hours away. Before meeting Julie, I worked with several so-called experts "highly recommended". Well, after three contracts and houses failing the home inspection, I needed a broker who knew the area and the business and with whom I could confidently work with from a distance. Julie provided that service. She is professional, smart, and super responsive. She understood my needs. The house I ultimately purchased was through her of course. I went into contract the afternoon it came on the market. I love it and Julie receives my highest recommendation.

If you are moving to the St Petersburg area - there is only one realtor to use - and that is Kyle Hickey with DWELL Real Estate. I was living out of state during the entire process. Kyle spent hours answering my many questions, providing objective data and information regarding the area and many neighborhoods, FaceTimed me to share properties he found, and educated me on Florida real estate contracts etc. He is hard working, very knowledgable and genuinely a nice guy. Most importantly he displayed patience and understanding during my 3 month search. Kyle answered every one of my phone calls through the entire process - even 3 weeks after to closing. He never made me feel forced to make an offer - and when we found the "one" - and ended up in multiple bidding wars - Kyle walked me though every step of negotiations. Kyle is the man. He understands his clients and their goals. Whether you're selling, looking for a home to call your own, or searching for an investment property, he knows what to look for and where. He's knowledgeable about neighborhoods and has a keen eye for value, but most importantly he's incredibly responsive and helpful. I've purchased several homes with him and I'm still amazed by how available and willing he is to help at all hours. He stays on top of everything and goes the extra mile to make deals happen, which has been critical. Cannot recommend him enough!
