Exceeds Expectations Julie is not your average real estate agent. She goes above an beyond for her clients. She understands the market and takes the time to listen and find the right property for her clients. She is responsive to all my questions and reaches out to check in and ask how she can assist. Our family won the agent lottery when we made contact with her in Florida. We live in PA so she is our liaison for the majority of the transactions. If you want a full service agent in every aspect you will get it using Julie! On top of it all she has a sparkling personality and is a really amazing person to deal with.

Julie was recommended by a friend who has moved many times and had a great experience with Julie. I couldn't have been happier. She was so responsive and knowledgeable but never over-bearing. I came to Florida for one weekend to locate a new home and she was so prepared for my weekend. After getting a contract on a home, I returned to Kentucky and she helped me handle everything else long-distance. She was my eyes, hands and feet throughout the process. Everything went so smoothly. Kyle is THE best realtor I’ve ever worked with and there is no one I’d rather work with. I’ve bought and sold several properties over the past few years and Kyle is the first person I call. He is a man of integrity with the experience and expertise needed to seamlessly and calmly guide you through the process of buying or selling your home (or investment property). Let’s face it - this can be a difficult/challenging process and sometimes can test your limits! Kyle always knows what to do - beginning with pricing / staging / marketing /negotiating and all the way to close. I sold my last home in 2 days. 2 days with multiple offers! It was priced right, beautifully staged and the photos and marketing he coordinated made it happen! No doubt his experience and expertise made this process so smooth. He knows how to navigate the complexities of the buying & selling process and is an excellent negotiator. He’s consistently fair, honest and responsive. He’s my realtor for life.
