Prior to deciding on buying in St Pete, we looked at 100s of homes over an 18 month period. We had a pretty good idea of what we didn't want, but knew we had plenty to learn about the area. We were out of state when we connected with Julie online. She took the time to get to know us, heard us, and helped us refine our focus. We viewed homes in person (pre Covid) and online with her. She was able to save us time eliminating homes she knew wouldn't work and suggest others I'd overlooked. She also viewed homes for us prior to us coming down for showings, to ensure they were a good fit. We love our new home, neighborhood and city and we have Julie to thank for helping us find it!
