I think the key to her success is she really cares about the person for whom she is finding a home and understands what their needs are, what they really respond to. She sees properties through their eyes. In this particular market of mainly older homes, she also provides concierge level advice on who to engage for quotes on necessary repairs and services. I was extremely pleased with, and very grateful for the quality of service that Kyle provided me throughout the sale of my home. Having never sold a house before, I knew I would have a ton of questions for Kyle and a high level of nervousness and panic throughout the process. Let me tell you what….the nerves and panic basically disappeared after one meeting! All my initial questions were answered and Kyle definitely kept my nerves in check. The house was going to need to be listed within weeks of our first conversation and Kyle delivered. Some minor house repairs were required after I had accepted the offer on my home and Kyle found all the right people to do those repairs in unbelievable short timeframe. Even better, Kyle and his wife found time to go out of their way to attend my going away party!! Do yourself a favor if you are ever in the market to buy or sell a home. Hire this man!!
