Kyle was fantastic to work with. My wife and I recently moved from Ohio and he was willing to work with us both while we were in and out of state. He provided great insight on moving to the area and even gave recommendations on things to check out during our visits. Kyle was prompt and polite and always made us feel like a priority throughout the whole process. When we did put in an offer on a house he had great suggestions as to what would make it stand out in this tough market. Through the closing process he was able to suggest inspectors and specialists for everything we needed. Start to finish we couldn't be happier with our experience. I would 100% recommend Kyle to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in the area.

My husband and I flew from Ohio to Florida for the weekend to find a condo. Danielle worked diligently with me prior to our arrival to make sure we had plenty of options to look at. She came and picked us up from our Airbnb in her vehicle and drove us to each location. The community the condo was in was very important to us. Her knowledge of the area is next to none and was very helpful in helping us make the final decision.

Danielle went above and beyond the call of duty, working tirelessly to help me find the right home to buy in this difficult market. I think the key to her success is she really cares about the person for whom she is finding a home and understands what their needs are, what they really respond to. She sees properties through their eyes. In this particular market of mainly older homes, she also provides concierge level advice on who to engage for quotes on necessary repairs and services. It's doubtful I would have the wonderful home I now own were it not for Danielle Boven!

I was extremely pleased with, and very grateful for the quality of service that Kyle provided me throughout the sale of my home. Having never sold a house before, I knew I would have a ton of questions for Kyle and a high level of nervousness and panic throughout the process. Let me tell you what….the nerves and panic basically disappeared after one meeting! All my initial questions were answered and Kyle definitely kept my nerves in check. The house was going to need to be listed within weeks of our first conversation and Kyle delivered. Some minor house repairs were required after I had accepted the offer on my home and Kyle found all the right people to do those repairs in unbelievable short timeframe. Even better, Kyle and his wife found time to go out of their way to attend my going away party!! Do yourself a favor if you are ever in the market to buy or sell a home. Hire this man!!
