We had specific parameters of what we wanted in a new home, looking in a competitive area near Central Ave where the few coming available seemed to sell immediately to cash buyers.He was always quick and thorough with his communication and feedback, incredibly accommodating to our schedules and requests, and highly connected and knowledgeable of all St Pete neighborhoods. One of the best attributes, however, was feeling how sincere he was about making sure we found something we'd still love years down the road versus trying to make a sale and move on. The things I most enjoyed about working with Julie was not having to worry about anything. She made the whole process so easy and when problems arose was able to head them off or explain the issue to me. The follow up was amazing as well. After we had closed there we were still waiting for a permit for the roofers to make some repairs. 2 weeks after close Julie reached out to me to tell me the permit was approved and that I should reach out to the roofers to schedule the repairs. She did not have to do this, her part was done but she went above and beyond. Won't use anyone other than Julie
