We met with Liane and she was totally prepared to evaluate our condo and discuss past comps and make recommendations on presenting our condo. It sold in three days for our asking price. Kyle is truly an amazing Realtor and we are so glad that we used him to purchase our new home! I joked with my husband many times that Kyle is an angel on earth for putting up with us throughout the process. We were moving to St. Pete from out of state and Kyle helped us tour homes even when we weren't in town. Once we found a house we loved (albeit site unseen), Kyle helped us negotiate a strong deal below asking price in such a wildly competitive market.
