"Kyle is from the great state of Indiana. Kyle graduated from Indiana University, where he studied marketing, supply chain management, and international studies. Determined, Kyle moved to Florida in 2012 to start his career in marketing but eventually decided to pursue a career in the ever-changing, fast-paced real estate market. Kyle attributes his passion and drive for real estate to his grandfather, who built his thirty-year real estate career on honesty, thoroughness, and genuine care for all he came in contact with. Kyle grew up with parents who taught him the value of a strong work ethic, the importance of listening to others, and attention to detail. He applies these principles he learned at a young age to all of the clients he comes in contact with. Kyle enjoys cycling, running, swimming, and being in the company of great friends. Megan was the one for us,

let me start with the fact that I live in Atlanta and the property that we were selling was a 2nd home, Megan really kept up with the market in my area and always reported back to me on anything going on in the condo building that she had listed for me. it is a tough time right now with the market and our condo had a lot of restrictions and ongoing hurdles that she worked thru to get us closed.

You can tell Kyle really cares about helping his clients find a home. He's not just in it to make a sale. Good advice and a lot of hands-on help.

Danielle is professional and friendly. She had good advice about repairs and upkeep prior to sale, and excellent suggestions for people to do that work and other tasks associated with moving. She re-homed furniture, plants and other household items, and took charge of the house after we had moved out of state. Danielle was also helpful during the closing process, and most importantly, in a market where properties typically took several months to sell, we had a contract three days after listing.
