let me start with the fact that I live in Atlanta and the property that we were selling was a 2nd home, Megan really kept up with the market in my area and always reported back to me on anything going on in the condo building that she had listed for me. it is a tough time right now with the market and our condo had a lot of restrictions and ongoing hurdles that she worked thru to get us closed.

She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, up to date on market conditions, kind, a top notch professional who's willing to go the extra mile to help out with everything. She was always accessible and one step ahead with advice and suggestions. She was instrumental in helping pull together the staging of the house. Couldn't have done it without her. She's a great listener and a respectful communicator. Her advice on timing the market was excellent. In a weakening seller's market, our house sold in 3 days at a price we were happy with. Closed in three weeks. We HIGHLY recommend her and would use her in a heartbeat for any of our future purchases.

We recently purchased a new home in St. Petersburg FL. As home builders ourselves, we have lots of experience with real estate transactions. After meeting Megan we quickly narrowed our home search. Megan was incredible. Here knowledge of the property was so helpful to us. Her outgoing personality and willingness to help us get our questions answered enabled us to put her property at the top of our list. As home builders, we had lots of questions and comments. Megan knew her property very well. Her communication to us as a sales agent is the best I have experienced in 30 years of real estate. Megan is as extremely helpful as we considered her property as our next home. Her willingness to answer our questions and assist us as we get moved in has not slowed down after our closing. The overall experience with Megan was extremely positive. We had never met Megan prior to purchasing this home in St. Petersburg. However, I have a feeling we will remain friends with her for a very long time. When we decide to purchase another property in the St. Petersburg area, Megan will definitely be our first call.
