Hands-on Realtor with Depth of Experience and Expertise

Scott Korbin has a fantastic team of friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful agents. We worked with Scott, Andrew, and Sara, and they all have an excellent understanding of the market and are happy to assist with all questions and concerns. They were more than generous with their time. He also has a substantial list of contractors and other professionals in his network to provide services such as repairs, painting, roofing, organization/packing, and moving at a reasonable cost. He did the negotiations to sell our house, and we ended up selling it for $5000 over the asking price in less than two weeks after putting it on the market.

As out-of-state buyers, we had a very limited timeline, but Linda seamlessly coordinated everything so we could tour as many homes as possible during our visit.
