Linda Trevor & Co. did a fabulous job selling my stepmother's house. The home was beautifully staged and had an offer within days of going on the market. As part of the estate, there were four separate "sellers" of this house in three different states. Linda & Co. did a wonderful job communicating, keeping us all informed and handling all of the documentation that required signatures from multiples parties across the country. They worked well with the lawyers for both the buyers and the sellers, assisted with local repairs that were needed and answered all of our questions. After a lifetime of many moves, and now as a senior, I was not looking forward to all the challenges of another out-of-state relocation.
