Cathy Hawkins

Cathy was wonderful since the first meeting! We moved from CT to NC, we toured over 20 houses in a week with Cathy, we almost lost the house we fell in love with because of our mortgage company. She recommended someone she knew and BAM! Happy Holidays! A miracle happened. And now we are moving into our home before Christmas is officially here. Thank you Cathy, you are wonderful. Thank you for helping my family!

Cathy took a challenge with my house. It had been sitting on the market for almost a year due to a previous realtor. She listed it in August and it sold in October (Closing date Nov). The moment she walked in, she put herself in the buyer's shoes and showed me things I needed to highlight, change or fix. She has been extremely responsive and very professional as well as positive/encouraging. The only thing I will say is this. I wish I had listed with her in the first place (Hindsight).

100/10 recommend Cathy. She was amazing!! We moved from FL and she made the process so easy and smooth. Can’t thank you enough!

Cathy was an absolute pleasure to work with. We choose her based on my sister's recommendation, as they worked with her to buy their home a few years ago- and we're very glad we did. From start to finish, she made the process easy to go through and was there to help us every step of the way. Cathy was also incredibly responsive, often getting back to our messages both late at night and early in the morning. When we had issues pop up, she was always quick to step in and help resolve them. Even on closing day. when we had problems arise, Cathy worked quickly to make sure we didn't have to delay. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone looking to buy in the Triangle area!

Choosing Cathy as our realtor was the best decision we could have made in the home buying process! Her knowledge and expertise showed in every detail and she made, what could’ve been, a very stressful process, completely painless! She was always readily available to answer our many questions and patiently listened to any concerns we had. Cathy advocated for our desires every step of the way and we would choose her over and over again.
