See above for market knowledge. Roger is friendly, engaging, not overbearing, almost laid back. His best skill in convincing his clients that he is in charge of selling our condominium. We had no doubt! Any issue that needed a resolution was handled by Roger, in a convincing manner. We had owned for 35 years, so there was some emotional attachment. Alison is the rockstar agent you want helping you navigate real estate. Not only is she savvy, attentive, creative and thoughtful, she has high integrity, which she displayed in a couple of ways while we worked with her. She had the challenge of selling our place during the beginning of the pandemic and was one of the first agents in the area to do launch virtual showings to try to create demand, which we very much appreciated. It was such a tough time, so when it became clear we wouldn't get market value, she helped us make the decision to pull it and wait, instead of pushing for us to sell for less. When conditions improved, Alison advised on the right investment areas to make sure we could get top dollar and have a quick close, both of which we accomplished. In between our two times on the market, my father unexpectedly passed. Alison, having recently experienced the same loss, was so incredibly kind, patient and understanding. My mom was anxious to make a real estate move following his passing, and Alison strongly advised she wait at least a year, knowing that was the best decision given the grieving process. You would be remiss in not choosing to have Alison in your corner.

I cannot praise Kelly and more highly than do.. She is the ultimate professional.. she is extremely knowledgeable about the market, and trends.. She does her homework before she meets with prospective clients and then she keeps on top of all the aspects of the sale. She follows through every detail, up to and after the actual closing. She handles problems that invariably come up and she advises the client on options and alternatives to the situation. If stressful situations arise, which they probably will, she comforts the seller and tries to alleviate the stress. She has a wonderful team of professionals that she can call upon. She is always pleasant, punctual, accommodating and trustworthy. In comparison to other agents that I know and have had dealings with, Kelly outshines the all. But even without that comparison, her superior qualities are evident I recommend her to all of my friends and colleagues.. She is the best there is.
