Brian and Eileen were always friendly and professional. They hosted many open houses and put in effort into selling my condo unit. The reason for the three-star rating is that I don't feel that I received their best effort/work product (compared to the work product I saw for other properties they listed). I feel the photos of our property were inferior compared to photos of other properties (the colors were muted; the angles and staging were not optimal). Also, I had to request for the photos to be ordered in such a way as to show our beautiful view in the fist one or two photos. Eileen resisted, indicating MLS rules; however, the order that I requested was exactly the same as the order they used for other listed properties. In addition, the property description lacked the flare and enthusiasm that I saw in other property descriptions prepared by Eileen. In general, perhaps the time that I worked with Brian and Eileen was a particularly busy time for them, such that we did not receive their highest quality of work product.
